Sit back. Relax. Stargaze. And enjoy the multisensory experience. 

The Jane & John Justin Foundation Omni Theater is partnering with Se7en Waves Sound Vibes to offer a Sound Bath Experience under the stars. This calming event is sure to counteract any Sunday Scaries that you may have and help you start your week refreshed and rejuvenated.  

What is a sound bath? 

You can expect a meditative experience, where you are seated comfortably while being bathed in sound waves produced by various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other resonant instruments. The term “sound bath” implies immersing oneself in a sonic environment. During a sound bath session, the sound healer or practitioner plays the instruments in a way that creates a continuous flow of harmonious sounds, often exploring different frequencies and textures. Participants are encouraged to relax, breathe deeply, and let the vibrations of the sound wash over them. The purpose of a sound bath is to induce a state of deep relaxation, release stress and tension, and promote healing on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. Many people report feeling a sense of calm, inner peace, and rejuvenation after a sound bath session.  

This experience is intended to be relaxing and meditative. It is recommended that children attending the experience are ages 6 and up and can settle into a calm environment. 

Lobby doors open for check-in at 5:30 pm. The experience begins at 6:00 pm.  

Upon arrival, please enter through the Omni Entrance on Lansford Lane.
