Sit back. Relax. Stargaze. And enjoy the multisensory experience. 

The Jane & John Justin Foundation Omni Theater is partnering with Se7en Waves Sound Vibes to offer a Sound Bath Experience under the stars. This calming event is sure to counteract any Sunday Scaries that you may have and help you start your week refreshed and rejuvenated. 

Each Sound Bath Under the Stars event has a unique journey through space, as you will experience live navigation through the galaxy. As you move through the cosmos, the graphics are curated in response to the sound created by the practitioners. No two shows are exactly alike! 

What is a sound bath? 

You can expect a meditative experience, where you are seated comfortably while being bathed in sound waves produced by various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other resonant instruments. The term “sound bath” implies immersing oneself in a sonic environment. During a sound bath session, the sound healer or practitioner plays the instruments in a way that creates a continuous flow of harmonious sounds, often exploring different frequencies and textures. Participants are encouraged to relax, breathe deeply, and let the vibrations of the sound wash over them. The purpose of a sound bath is to induce a state of deep relaxation, release stress and tension, and promote healing on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. Many people report feeling a sense of calm, inner peace, and rejuvenation after a sound bath session. 

This experience is intended to be relaxing and meditative. It is recommended that children attending the experience are ages 12 and up and can settle into a calm environment. 

We're so excited to share this one-of-a-kind sound bath experience with you! A few things to keep in mind before you arrive: 

• The sound bath takes place inside the Omni Theater. Unlike traditional sound baths, you'll be seated in theater seats for the duration of the experience. But don't worry, the seats are comfortable and perfect for sinking into the sound! 

• Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. Settling in before the experience begins makes a big difference for you and for everyone around you. 

• Once inside, we ask that you be mindful and respectful of your fellow guests. Silence your phone, speak softly, and move carefully so everyone can fully immerse in the experience.

Parking & Arrival: 

Lobby doors open for check-in at 6:00 pm. The experience begins at 6:30 pm. 

Upon arrival, please enter through the Omni Theater Entrance on Lansford Lane.  

While there are a variety of lots available throughout the Cultural District, you may find parking in Western Heritage Garage the most convenient, as it is directly across the street from The Jane & John Justin Foundation Omni Theater entrance. 

Please note: Surrounding parking lots in the Cultural District are owned by the City of Fort Worth and managed by Trail Drive Management Corp. The Museum is not responsible for parking costs associated with these lots. On busy days, some lots will fill early.
